First experience went well as they were informative and did a good job fabricating the parts I needed. I had to get the parts re-fabricated, which they said they could do and I sent the files. From there, I received no communication and on my second trip down, they said they ran out of material due to another project. That's happens, but at least contact the person and let them know what's going on.
